Springboard Forward (SBF) has developed a pioneering approach to helping low-wage workers improve their incomes, career prospects, and lives. By partnering with employers to develop and retain their low-income staff, SBF is changing the way we think about enhancing the opportunities of the working poor.

SBF’s strategy is gaining local and national recognition. In 2004, SBF received the Ashoka Fellowship given to the nation’s top social entrepreneurs. SBF also was honored in 2003 as one of Fast Company magazine’s Top 40 Social Entrepreneurship Firms in the nation. SBF won the Silicon Valley HR Symposium’s Partner in Innovation Award in the same year.

SBF staff shares over 50 years of experience in human services in the corporate world. SBF has an ongoing need for new team members with proven track records in sales, business, and non-profit development.
