SBF’s early impact on the community and the success of its programs and services are unprecedented in the workforce development field. Unlike traditional workforce development organizations that focus on vocational training and job placement, SBF works post-placement to improve retention and foster advancement.

After 6 months, 50% of our clients are promoted and/or have increased responsibilities.
